Rediscovering the feminine mysteries

This new course has been a long time coming. I always knew in my heart that I would eventually teach something like this – a course that could reach all women, young and old, to guide them to reconnect to their wild and authentic sexual selves.

I have enjoyed teaching the Fertility Awareness Method for the last 5 years, and will continue to do so in the future. But this new course will go so much deeper, and I am so excited to unveil it!

I co-created ‘Rediscovering the Feminine Mysteries’ with my dear friend Justine, who is a traditional birth servant (aka, a lay midwife) and a parent educator. You can click here to visit her website. For years we have talked about working together in some capacity, never knowing how this would unfold. This course came about very organically, through Justine and I talking to many women that were seeking knowledge about their bodies and their sexuality that they felt they were denied as they were growing up.

This course will be a series of classes that aim to improve women’s self-love, self-awareness, and self-care. It is all about women reclaiming their innate wisdom, and finding their power.

We are currently offering an introductory class in Erie PA, and so far the response has been phenomenal. We are working on future intensives that will cover exciting topics such as: the ins and outs of menstrual cycles, how media and advertising affect us, embracing our sexuality and orgasmic potential, increasing our feminine intuition, and so much more.
